TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. These terms and conditions are an agreement between the user (the Customer) and Soccer-Picks.com (Soccer-Picks).
2. It is a condition of membership that Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are acknowledged as legal and binding by Customer, once he/she becomes a member.
3. Soccer-Picks is not online bookmaker/sportsbook.
4. Customer must be over 18 years of age to register and engage services with Soccer-Picks. Soccer-Picks reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.
5. Soccer-Picks shall reserve the right to suspend, change or withdraw any tip at its absolute discretion.
6. For all tips, the records of Soccer-Picks concerning the details of the tips are decisive.
7. Soccer-Picks cannot be held responsible for any typing or human error in respect of the posting of tips, times or results other than those intended. Soccer-Picks reserves the right to correct obvious errors and void any affected tips.
8. Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold Soccer-Picks harmless against any claim brought against the company by a third party resulting from Customer’s use of Soccer-Picks’s tips services in respect of all losses, actions, proceedings, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities whatsoever suffered and howsoever incurred by Soccer-Picks in consequence of Customers non observance or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9. All services and sales are final and that Customer do not allow returns, all services and sales are not refundable, claimable or chargeback. Customer will be solely responsible for their own decisions and at their own risk.
10. Soccer-Picks does not guarantee duration of the service and reserves the right to stop its provision at any moment.
11. Soccer-Picks cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage, occurring as consequence of tips, hyperlinks, information or any other content on this site. Customer will be solely responsible for their own decisions.
12. Soccer-Picks does not guarantee future profits. Customer will be solely responsible for their own decisions and at their own risk.
